Recd. 26 SEP 04
In reply to Your Excellency's Despatch of the 17th instant, I have the honour to communicate to Your Excellency that I do not see that the adoption of the proposed Zone Time will be inconvenient in Macao, since Hongkong, Canton, and the Ports on the West River, which are in constant commercial relation with this Colony, are being brought within the same Zone.
Government House,
God help Your Excellency.
Macao, 24th August, 1904.
The Governor, Hongkong.
